Niya Sisk MFA

Fractional Design Director & Design Mentor

My journey started as a visual artist with a degree in Cognitive Psychology focused on qualitative and quantitative research —skills that helped me craft user-centered experiences from day one. At Apple, I designed system icons that shaped global digital interfaces, sparking my lifelong fascination with how design influences behavior and emotion.

I’ve led teams through design thinking workshops, ideation sessions, and product development, blending deep creativity with strategic insight. Along the way, I wrote about color psychology for Communication Arts and earned certifications in generative and conversational AI, expanding how design can connect and inspire.

My experience as a top-rated mentor at ADPList aligns with my values in culture-shaping leadership and commitment to developing others.

Today, I mentor designers ready to elevate their careers by thinking beyond aesthetics—and developing their communication patterns for success.

Whether you want to grow inside your organization or carve your own path, I’m here to help you craft a meaningful, impactful, and fulfilling design career.
